Career Guide

Having a career guide at high schools is important because they provide students with personalized support and guidance in exploring career options, setting goals, and developing plans to achieve them. Career guides help students identify their strengths, interests, and values, and match them with potential careers, enabling informed decisions about further education and training. This guidance can lead to increased student motivation, better academic performance, and a smoother transition into the workforce or post-secondary education.

At Africa My Life Foundation, our 67 Minutes of Mandela Day is about turning compassion into meaningful action in disadvantaged communities. We collaborate with companies, donors, and sponsors who share our vision of creating positive social impact and want to make a difference through acts of kindness. During our outreach, we distribute food parcels and blankets, provide children and families with essential hygiene items such as bathing soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, and spend meaningful time engaging with children in the community. We also provide sandwiches and juice to ensure that those we serve receive a meal while experiencing care, dignity, and encouragement. Through these initiatives, we aim to honour Nelson Mandela’s legacy by bringing hope, dignity, and practical support to communities that need it most.
